06 / Transparent project terms
My standard contract is public so there are no surprises about deposits, Final Delivery, project ownership and licensing, data handling, cancellation, payment schedules, or the notice-and-cure process for unresolved non-payment. It also explains the limits on suspension and protections for a client-owned live website and business data.
Partial payment is not payment in full. Clients who are current on an agreed payment plan stay active. If a payment becomes overdue, the agreement explains notice, cure/grace terms, temporary non-destructive suspension, and restoration.
I will not intentionally delete customer orders, products, Client-owned content, uploads, payment records, or databases as a collection method.
